Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on orders over $100
All orders automatically qualify for free UPS Ground shipping within the United States. A $100 purchase is required. 

Please note, may not combine with other offers.  

Expedited shipping is available for cost at checkout.  

Local deliveries to Collier county:  Please be sure to select "Local" for your delivery option.

Order Processing Time
We aim to process and fulfill most orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take a bit longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information.

Shipping Time & Delivery
Once shipped, UPS Ground delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the continental U.S. Please note that remote addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time. The provided delivery estimates are based on UPS’s guidance and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email shortly after your order ships. You can use this to monitor your package directly through UPS’s tracking system.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If we cannot verify or if your address is invalid, we will reach out to you. If no valid address can be confirmed within 5 business days, we may have to cancel the order.

Delivery Issues & Delays
If your tracking status indicates “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please allow 1–2 extra business days—sometimes carriers mark items delivered prematurely. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact us with your order number and shipping address, and we will assist you.
If your package is lost or misdelivered, we will work with UPS to file a claim and, when possible, issue a one-time replacement.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We’re sorry for any inconvenience. If you have a U.S. address where items can be shipped, feel free to use that.

  • Orders cannot be split across multiple addresses—each order ships to a single address.
